    Our products are produced in China or Bangladesh and finished and printed by us in Germany.

  • What is the best way to wash and care for the products?
    - Machine washable at 30°C

Questions about ordering and shipping

  • I need help or have questions about my order, who can I contact?

  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    All accepted payment methods can be found in the footer of the shop (icons). PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Shop Pay and other individual payment methods linked to the place of residence are currently accepted.

    The amount of shipping costs can be found in the table under "Shipping".

  • How long does delivery take?
    Our orders usually take 1-2 working days to leave the warehouse. From then on, the shipping times apply.

  • Has my order already been shipped / Where is my order?
    Basically, we always send updates on the status of the order. Please check your spam folder to see if the updates may have ended up there. You are also welcome to inquire with our support regarding the status of your order.

  • I received a damaged or wrong product, what can I do?
    In this case, please send us an email to the following address: support@mjgonzales.de. We will then take care of your request as quickly as possible!

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, subsequent changes or cancellations are not possible. However, you can return your order to us free of charge within 14 days.

  • With which shipping service providers are the products shipped?
    We work with DHL as shipping service provider.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Can I return ordered products?
    All products except hygiene items can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days (Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands). For all other countries the return is NOT free.

  • How does a return / return work?
    Each order includes a return slip + instructions for the return. Returns from Germany, Austria, France, Belgium and the Netherlands are free of charge. 

  • For other countries?
    For all other countries, please send the package back at your own expense with a shipping service provider of your choice. As soon as the package arrives at our warehouse, we will check the package and after checking you will get your money back! Please enclose the return slip in the package!

  • When will my refund be credited?
    After receiving and processing your return, we need about 10 days to arrange the refund. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used to place the original order.
